Privacy at North Pole Games

Last updated: October 20, 2026

North Pole Games is made by Package From Santa®, a family business since 2006. We built these games for families, and we keep things simple.

What we collect

Nothing personal. There are no accounts, no sign-ups, no chat and no forms. We never ask anyone, child or grown-up, for a name, email address, photo or any other personal information.

Counting visits

We count visits without cookies, just so we know which games families love most. Our host, Vercel, gives us these totals (for example, how many people visited a page and what kind of device they used). They do not tell us who anyone is, and we do not use them for advertising.

No ads, no trackers

There are no ads from other companies, no advertising pixels and no tracking cookies on this site.

On your device

If the grown-up check gets three wrong answers, this site remembers when its 15-second pause ends in your browser tab's temporary session storage. This timestamp stays on your device and is not sent to us. It is cleared when you close the tab, and you can also clear it in your browser settings.

Links that leave this site

Links to our store, PackageFromSanta.com, sit behind a quick grown-up check so children don't wander there by accident. Our store has its own privacy policy. Links to North Pole Cams and our individual game sites open those sites in a new tab.

Sharing

The "Share with friends" button uses your own device's share menu. Nothing about the share is sent to us.
